Our welding wire finish considerably improves feedability as well as corrosion protection. Additives can prevent discoloration of copper wire. When using this finish together with our HELICORD technology, it is possible to additionally clean the wire from adhering particles, which improves the quality of the wire.

Boockmann will present their HELICORD® technology for wire and cable surface processing and Welding Wire Finishing, which during the past few years was implemented in numerous industrial production lines. Very successful applications are removal of misprints from cable, removal of metal particles from strands for high frequency and submarine cables, removal of drawing lubricants and metal particles before extrusion, and Welding Wire Finishing with simultaneous coating and removal of particles.
